Full itinerary

DAY 1 Ulaanbaatar - L / D  

1. Meet at the “Chinggis Khaan’ international airport and transfer to hotel  
2. After lunch city tour 

                 - Sukhbaatar square  

                 - Gandan Monastery  

                 - National history museum  

      3. Evening performance - “Tumen ekh’ national ensemble to explore Mongolian traditional songs and musical instruments, such as Morin khuur, throat singing etc.  

      4. Overnight in the hotel 

DAY 2 Kharkhorin - B / L / D

1. Drive to Kharkhorin, the symbolic ruins of the 13th century capital of the Mongol Empire /380 km/ On the way, you will see The Elsen Tasarkhai is a part of the Mongol Els Sand Dunes, that continues 80 km long 5 km wide. You will be riding on camel to explore the sand dunes. 
2. Visit to the Kharkhorin museum

DAY 3 “Tsenkher” Hot Spa - B / L / D 

1. Drive to Tsenkher hot springs /100 km/ there are in Arkhangai many old volcanos, which explains the presence of this hot water source that flows all year long at 1860 metres (1,16 mile) above the sea level in the sum of Tsenkher. The water is at 85,5°C (185,9°F). Relax in the outdoor bath.  
2. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 4 Khorgo-Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake National Park - B / L / D  

1. This day drive to Terkhiin tsagaan lake and Horgo extinct volcano. /200 km/ Within in this park, watched over by extinct volcanoes, the Terhiin Tsagaan lake can be found at an altitude of 2060 m. The unique geology of the Khorgo Volcano to the east makes this a location that remains in your memory forever. The lake has a volcanic island at its center where exotic birds flock.  
2. The lake area is now home to many endangered species of flora & fauna. White lake is a good spot for bird watching and photographing.  
3. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 5 “Jargalant'' hot spa - B / L / D 

1. Take a scenic drive to Jargalant hot springs. /120km/ Similar hot spring emerges from the ground (300m) at 70 degrees Celsius. Relax in the outdoor bath. 
2. Visit to the nomadic family, you will be horse riding.  
3. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 6 “Murun'' town - B / L / D  

1. Drive to Murun town, the capital of Khuvsgul province./200km/ Take a city tour of Murun town and visit a local market and town museum and Chingunjav square.  
2. Overnight in the local hotel 

DAY 7 “Khuvsgul” lake - B / L / D  

1. After breakfast to Khuvsgul lake. Khuvsgul Lake, the deepest and purest lake in Mongolia. The lake is one of the few glacial lakes left from the last ice age.  
2. You have an opportunity to trek to the lakeside & mountain for a better view and photo shooting.  
3. In the evening horseback riding  
4. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 8 “Khuvsgul” lake - B / L / D 

1. Today we take a boat tour and local reindeer photo in the deep taiga forest. You have a chance to ride on the back of the reindeer for taking your memorable picture.  
2. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 9 Ulaanbaatar - B / L / D 

1. Up early you will be driven back to Murun for your return flight to Ulaanbaatar. 
2. After lunch city tour: 

• Zaisan Hill war memorial  
• Bogd Khan Palace museum  
• Souvenir and cashmere shops  
• State department store 

1. Overnight in the hotel 

DAY 10 Ulaanbaatar - B / L / D 

1. Transfer to the airport and flight
