Full itinerary

DAY 1 Ulaanbaatar - L / D 

1. Meet at the “Chinggis Khaan’ international airport and transfer to hotel 
2. After lunch city tour 

                  - Sukhbaatar square 

                  - Gandan Monastery  

                  - National history museum 

1. Evening performance - “Tumen ekh’ national ensemble to explore Mongolian traditional songs and musical instruments, such as Morin khuur, throat singing etc. 
2. Overnight in the hotel 

DAY 2 “White stupa” - B / L / D 

1. After breakfast drive to Tsagaan suvarga /White stupa/. /426 km/Tsagaan suvarga is a 60 meters high, 400 meters long cliff. 10 million years ago this cliff used to be under water. After the sea dried, because of the wind and other natural forces it eventually changed its form and colours. The different coloured layers indicate different time periods, if you look at it from far away it looks more like an ancient ruined city.

DAY 3 “White stupa” - B / L / D 

1. On this day, we will take a tour of the White Stupa Nature Reserve.  
2. Khevtee Bosoogiin cave  
3. Khukh canyon  
4. Dengiin hailaas  
5. Tsagaan suvarga 
6. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 4 “Yoliin am” - B / L / D

1. After breakfast to the capital of the South Gobi aimag “center of province”, Dalanzadgad./170km/ 
2. After visiting Dalanzadgad drive to Yoliin Am, or ‘Eagle Valley’. Yoliin Am is a wonderfully picturesque place with ice even in spring and it is surrounded by sheer rocky walls which form incredible canyons. Visit Gobi museum. The areas are situated in the Gobi Gurvan Saikhan National Park that encompasses the "Three Beauties'' peaks and the most easterly points of the Altai Mountains.  
3. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 5 “Khongor” sand dunes - B / L / D 

1. Drive to Khongoryn els /200km/ and enjoy and climb up to over 200 m high Khongoryn els (Singing or Khongor sand dunes)  
2. Visit to the nomadic family. Camel Riding tour / The two-humped Bactrian camels are very comfortable to ride as they walk slowly and gently/  
3. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 6 “Bayanzag” - B / L / D  

1. After breakfast, drive to the Bayanzag /160km/, also known as the Flaming Cliffs, where the first dinosaur eggs were discovered in 1922 by Roy Chapman Andrews. In this huge paleontological site, you will have a chance to walk on the ground where the Dinosaurs once roamed 60 million years ago. The red colored cliffs themselves are very imposing from a distance, and are particularly fiery in the light of the setting sun.

DAY 7 “Ongi” monastery - B / L / D  

1. Drive to Ongi Monastery 180km/ ruins which had about a thousand lamas before the communists' destruction in 1937. The temple was founded by a lama named Bari Yonzon and located on a small but panoramic cliff on a bank of Ongi river. 
2. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 8 “Kharkhorin” and “Erdenezuu” monastery - B / L / D  

1. After breakfast continue driving to the north, to the Orkhon valley. /220km/ You will see the landscape change dramatically from the wilderness to the forest-steppe. 
2. The ruins of the ancient capital of the Great Mongolian Empire, Kharakhorum is at the crossroads of the Silk Road. Visit the Kharkhorum museum and Erdene-Zuu Monastery, the first Buddhist lamasery centre dating back to the 16th century, with its 108 stupas.  
3. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 9 Khustai National park - B / L / D  

1. Drive to the Khustai national Park /310 km/  
2. After lunch, see the Takhi, the Asian wild horse, known as Przewalsky’s horse  
3. Visit to small museum  
4. Drive to Mongol nomadic tourist camp /40km/  
5. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 10 Mongol Nomadic - B / L / D  

1. Watch Mongol nomadic show after breakfast /The Show demonstrates a traditional living way of Mongolian nomads and it takes place from mid of May to end of October. Mongolia is a homeland of ancient nomads and still now they have been breeding the five main types of stocks and migrating from place to place searching most favorable pastures through their vast Mongolian steppes/  
2. After lunch drive back to Ulaanbaatar. 
1. Zaisan Hill war memorial 
2. Bogd Khaan Winter palace museum 
3. Souvenir and cashmere shops  
4. State department store 
3. Overnight in the hotel 

DAY 11 Gorkhi-Terelj National Park - B / L / D

1. Drive to the Chinggis Khaan statue /statue of Chinggis Khaan on horseback/ 60km  
2. Gorkhi-Terelj National Park  
3. The famous Turtle rock  
4. Visit to the nomadic family, you will be horse riding. 
5. Overnight in tourist camp /mongolian yurt/ 

DAY 12 - B  

1. Transfer to the airport from camp at Gorkhi-Terelj National Park
